I LOVE the fall...

Autumn is definitely one of my most favorite times of the year. I love how the trees turn such vibrant colors and fall on the ground. On Saturday Ryan, Eric, and I went up to the Timpanogos Caves. The hike up was gorgeous... with the way you can see the whole valley!

We got lucky and had amazing weather. We had been to the caves before... every time I go, I seem to find something new. It is amazing how they were formed from water over so many years.
Saturday, was also my neighbor Erika's murder mystery party!! It was a vampire theme, we were vampires going to a costume ball, so we could wear whatever we wanted.

Ryan was a fireman, Eric was a clown, and I was Mary Lou... It was fun getting into the characters and ATTEMPTING to win. It made me excited for Halloween... thanks for the fun party Erika!!

A couple weeks ago I went to my FIRST football game... Ryan bought us season tickets for BYU. It was a lot of fun... it took me a little while to figure out all the cheers and arm movements the fans were doing... but I really enjoyed it. I just wish all the games were going to be as warm as this one was!

Before the game we went to the zoo because the elephant, tiger, and giraffe just had babies... they were so stinkin cute!! I wanted to get a baby elephant as pet... I love baby animals, it is too bad they don't just stay that way.

Also... I just want to say THANK YOU to my friends, for all you do... with your love and support through my hectic life. It is really not easy to find REAL friends in this world...

It's been awhile!

I have been way busy and stressed lately with work and trying to get my house sold or rented that I have COMPLETELY neglected my blog!
My brother, Eric, has moved in with me and has started school here. Unfortunately, he has been really sick though and has not been able to do much.
Most recently, over Labor Day weekend I went to Boise with Ryan to visit his family... we had a lot of fun. We went up to this place called Pinetop in the mountains and went swimming, had a picnic, and went on a little hike. It was so beautiful out there... sometimes I just want to build a house and always stay in the mountains. We also spent some time with my grandparents and aunt's family... I am really glad that I get to see them more often.

Ryan and I have been dating now for almost 5 months... everyday that I get to spend with him I fall more and more in love with him and he gets more amazing. He has become my bestest friend and my support... he is so patient and understanding with me. It hasn't been the easiest since the divorce, but I am sooo glad that I have him by my side... he makes every day brighter. I don't know what I would ever do with out him. I love you Ryan!

Update!!!

I realize that is has been 2 months since I posted anything... I have been a little preoccupied lately. I have met someone special and we have been spending every second together for the past 2 1/2 months. He is the best thing that ever could have happened to me, I feel like the luckiest girl in the whole world. He is my bestest friend and is so amazing to me!! We do everything together... and I love every second that I get to spend with him. Over the 4th of July we went to his parents house in Boise. I got to meet all of the family, and spend some time with mine too!

I have also been trying to rent my house out so that I can get an apartment and move to Orem... so if you know of anyone who is looking let me know!

Island Park...

I know it has taken me forever to update my blog... I have been really stressed and taking care of a lot of things in order to get my life situated.  This past weekend I felt like I needed to get away from it all, so I went up to Island Park, ID to go camping with my Dad... I made Darcee come a long for the adventure!
We went up Friday night, Darcee was convinced that I got us lost and that we would never get there... but of course she was wrong.  It was late when we got there, so we just sat by the fire and then slept in our own little tent.  Darcee was freaking out, because she said the tent was for midgets and my dog Okie kept walking on her side... it was so funny to watch.

Saturday was a fun, relaxing day... we rode bikes, 4-wheelers, played games, and mostly just hung out at the camp site around the fire.  Some of my step-mom's side of the family were there along with their friends... and there was this 8 year old boy, Wayne... aka little Wayeford, who the entire time cracked us up.
First off, he walked like a T-Rex, and every time he passed by me he looked at me like I had some sort of disease.  I had left the fire for a bit and while I was gone Darcee thought it would be funny to convince him that I wore diapers... so when I came back to camp he asked me if I wore diapers and called me diaper girl.  So, I convinced him that she wet the bed... and the rest of the trip he kept telling calling her pee girl.  It was so hilarious... I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my entire life!!
Sunday we ventured out to Yellowstone... Darcee had never been and I had not been since I was like 12 or 13.  The park was gorgeous, it was neat to see all the animals.  We didn't make it to too many sites, but of course we went to Old Faithful.

Originally, we had planned to stay till Monday morning, but after Yellowstone it was raining and cold, so we were done... we drove back home that night.  It was such a fun and needed get away for me, and it was nice to spend some time with my Dad.  Thank you so much Darcee for coming.

I am starting my own new blog, because unfortunately Jeremy and I are ending our marriage.  We both feel that it is for the best and as sad as I am,  I am grateful for all the experiences I had and things I learned. I will always have a love for him and wish him the best in his life and hope he is happy.

My Mom and brother, Eric, came up to bring me a new car and spend a few days with me this week.  I was soo happy to see them, I am in need of spending time with loved ones right now.
Today we went on a hike at Rock Canyon... it was such a gorgeous day!  Everything is starting to get green, the weather was amazing, and it was just great to get away.  I love the mountains, and can't wait to hike all summer long.  We took Okie, he LOVED it... it was his first hike!
Later, we went to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point!  I have been wanting to go for years, but have never been able to, so I was ecstatic.  It was the most beautiful garden I have ever seen... I could have stayed there forever.  I had no idea there were so many kinds of tulips!
I am so grateful for my family and friends and all the support I am getting through this difficult time in my life... I could never fully express my appreciation for it.  Thank you all!
